The evening show on the Alton Towers Hotel's atrium stage: a singer in a leather top hat and long frock coat with a hand microphone, flanked by two performers in striped Victorian dress, arms raised. The gilded figurehead of Sir Algenon's flying ship stands in front of them and the audience's hands are up in the dark.
