Monster Motel

CONDUCTR describe Challenge Rooms as flipping the escape-room format — modular, re-themeable rooms of interactive challenges for guests aged seven and up, designed to be deployed into any venue.

That modularity is the brief's interesting part for a composer. A room that can be re-themed cannot have a score welded to one theme, and ten rooms with twenty-seven paths through them means no fixed running order to write against.
